The Firm advises and represents businesses and consumers in matters of competition and consumer protection, governed by the Law on competition and consumer protection. In particular, we represent clients in matters of restrictive agreements, abuse of dominant position, concentration of entrepreneurs and practices infringing collective consumer interests. We help customers determine whether their actions are in line with the provisions concerning unfair competition and competition and consumer protection. We are looking for legal threats, and indicate the potential responsibility to indemnity, due to violation of the provisions on unfair competition, regulations on competition and consumer protection. If necessary, the Firm represents clients in litigation relating to claims arising from the violation.
The Firm also helps in recovery of the so-called “półkowego” or any additional fees imposed by large retailers (including marketing consultancy, the use of special databases, publications, advertising the product in promotional newsletters) do not constitute trade margin.
