The firm provides legal services to employers who provide assistance in the evaluation and preparation of employment contracts and the dismissal of employees. We represent employers in disputes with employees, both individual and collective. We help lead discussions and negotiations with the unions. We create work regulations, remuneration regulations, collective labor law and other documents defining the rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship. We advise employers how to protect the company’s secret (know – how) before releasing it by a former employee, how to reduce the possibility of the provision of work by employees for the competition (competition ban). When it’s necessary for employer to dismiss employees, both individual and group, the Firm evaluates admissibility, legality and legitimacy of such action. We assess the potential effects of specific actions taken by the employer.
The Law Firm also provides legal services for employees. In this area, we represent workers in disputes with employers with the existing employment relationship, and at its dismissal (welds the payment of remuneration, remuneration for overtime work, compensation for non-competition clause, correcting certificate of employment, reinstatement). Firm represents and advises the workers’ organizations – including trade unions.
