We assume that we settle based on the amount of time worked, the value of which is determined based on an established hourly rate.
- Flat fee system – A fixed amount paid for monthly legal assistance for a specific case or client, regardless of the time and scope of work performed for the client.

The law firm Knapek Rybczyński Szmit and Partners is located in the heart of Katowice, at 18 Zabrska Street, near Plac Wolności (Freedom Square) as well as Sobieskiego and Mickiewicza Streets. In the immediate vicinity of our office, the Global Office Park skyscrapers have been built. Along the neighboring streets, there are municipal parking lots, and we are a 10-minute walk from Galeria Katowicka.
For clients arriving by car for a meeting, we have an internal private parking lot available.
